Originally developed as a lesson plan for primary school teachers; the download is now available to parents and carers and includes free, printable pose cards.

Primary League Stars – This website has a mix of curriculum linked resources and video clips

Supermovers -FREE fun videos content-led ideas to inspire children to be more active throughout their day and learn while they move. Videos are targeted at different age groups and include famous faces from the worlds of football, children’s television and music. Videos themes include maths, English and PSHE and are a perfect way to get pupils moving quickly in the classroom.

Change4Life – NHS – Kids need to be active for 60 minutes a day. From our fun 10 Minute Shake Up games to information about active hobbies and sports, here’s everything you need to get your family moving.

Go Noodle – A vast variety of short, fun videos to get pupils moving more in classrooms. Videos range from maths and English to mindfulness and stretching. Perfect for a quick brain break.

Cosmic Kids – An online website offering videos and resources to help deliver yoga, mindfulness and relaxation sessions. The resources, including FREE videos, can be used as part of PE lessons or within a classroom setting.

There are also lots of workouts for children on kids you tube – just type in ‘Children’s work outs/ exercises’.
